General Terms and Conditions
Scope of Application​
For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply:
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.
Refunds

Due to the charges levied by the payment services (PayPal,Transferwize), refunds are made using bank transfer. Alternatively, refunds can be collected in cash from our premises upon arrangement.
Terms of delivery
Weekend deliveries: All orders placed after 10am on Thursday mornings will only go out for delivery on the following Monday - as we are shipping perishable products, we do not want products sitting in our couriers warehouse over the weekend.
All orders placed after 11am every morning will go out for delivery the following day.
​In addition to the indicated product prices there are shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
In principle, you have the possibility of picking up at Saffa’s Deli, Via XX Septtembre 24, Arona, Italy by arrangement.
Cancellation

You are entitled to make cancellations at any point up until the order is placed and payment is received. Should you need to make changes to your order, please email us at saffasdeli@gmail.com. Due to the nature of the goods, the right of withdrawal is only available until the goods are dispatched.
